Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is packed, processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Bazaar24 reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on order status.

02Refund Eligibility

• Refund is available only for eligible products and genuine reasons.
• Products must be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging.
• The original invoice or order confirmation may be required.
• Incorrect, defective or damaged products delivered by Bazaar24 are eligible for refund or replacement after verification.
• Digital services, membership benefits, reward coins or redeemed offers are generally non-refundable.

03Refund Processing Time

Once the refund request is approved after inspection, the amount will normally be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateway providers.

04Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect shipping or contact information provided by the customer.
• Returned product is used, damaged or missing original accessories.
• Damage caused after successful delivery.
• Courier delay or third-party logistics issues beyond Bazaar24's control.
• Membership, cashback, reward points or digital benefits already used.
• Products marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.

05Return Request

To request a return or refund, customers should contact Bazaar24 Support with their Order ID, payment details, product photographs (if applicable), and a clear reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed before approval.
